Péssima experiência

Entramos para o quarto e logo percemenos que as roupas de cama não haviam sido trocadas, estavam cheias de pelos. A camareira veio e trocou. Na saída o recepcionista nos perguntou se não havíamos consumido nada no frigobar, disse que não, ele me pediu para aguardar porque ele iria conferir se realmente não havia consumido. Achei extremamente rude.

Foram duas situações, na chegado o rapaz da recepção foi inoperante e não me deu o quarto da reserva paga, me deu um quarto ruim, banheiro sujo, sem vista (a reserva especificava vista praia), não foi uma boa experiencia, porem, no dia seguinte pela manhã, a recepcionista foi extremamente gentil e eficiente, trocou o quarto para o correto com vista para o mar e tudo se regularizou. Cama cinfortavel, banheiro bom, cafe da manhã bom, localização excelente.

Não foi ruim apesar de ter me confundido e comprado as diarias para o local errado, porém acredito q descuido meu. Achei q estava conprando para o outro maior com piscinas e espacos grandes ... mas enfim fora uma pequena umidade no quarto q desciam das paredes e um cheiro muito forte de mofo foi tranquilo.
