Há necessidade de maior atenção à manutenção preventiva. Precisamos trocar de quarto na primeira vez pq o ar condicionado vazava água internamente. No segundo quarto, havia vazamento na mangueira de água do lavabo do banheiro. O mesmo amanhecia alagado. Ofertaram troca de quarto pela segunda vez. Rejeitamos! Café da manhã bem servido. Atendentes sempre dispostos a resolver problemas. Entretanto há urgência em revisão dos processos de manutenção e troca de algumas coisas como chuveiros e colchões (quarto 309) colchões sobrepostos, desgastados e deformados.

Quarto ok, não disponibilizam shampoo e condicionador (local de praia é item básico). Faltou energia na noite em que ficamos, problema no "relógio" da pousada, após 1 hora o problema foi resolvido. Piscina fechava as 22, porém tiveram hóspedes que ficaram fazendo barulho próximo a ela até 1:30 da manhã, atrapalhou nossa noite de sono. Funcionários deveriam ser mais rígidos nesse quesito, colchão bom, tamanho da cama também, café razoável.

O quarto parecia bem cuidado, porem havia um vazamento no banheiro do andar de cima que pingava o tempo todo e alagava o banheiro. Solicitei troca de quarto e me colocaram em um pior, só tinha a cama e frigobar, sem local para colocar a mala, sem uma cadeira pelo menos. O quarto ainda fica ao lado do refeitório, quando servem o café da manhã é uma arrasta arrasta de cadeira que ecoa por todo o corredor e quarto. Quando cheguei o quarto estava limpo, mas solicitei limpeza após três dias e não limparam no quinto dia tive que fazer um escândalo na recepção, e a atendente da manhã no maior deboche. A energia acabava todo dia, tive que carregar o celular no restaurante próximo.Não vale o preço pela falta de cuidado com o hóspede...ir passar férias e passar por isso não tem a menor graça! lado

O hotel em si é bom, parece que foi reformado recentemente, roupas de cama limpas e café razoável. O único ponto negativo é que tanto o site institucional quanto na hoteis.com as fotos são diferentes do que o hotel realmente é. Depois que fiz reclamações eles mudaram as fotos, mas quando reservei eles estavam usando fotos de outros hotéis.

Chegamos no hotel de madrugada e já nos avisaram que o ar condicionado estava quebrado, todavia, o funcionário avisou que nos trocariam de quarto, o que nao aconteceu. Mesmo tendo diversas pessoas saindo ela se rexusou, tivemos que ligar 2x na ouvidoria da Rede Andrade, qque depois de mto stress nos mudou de hotel!
