PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA no Ramada Porto Seguro Fujam desse hotel! A experiência foi um verdadeiro pesadelo desde o check-in. Reservei o Ramada Porto Seguro pelas fotos e descrição no site, que mostravam um quarto moderno, limpo, com cortinas blackout, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. A realidade foi totalmente diferente. O quarto que recebi era horrível: • Cheiro fortíssimo de travesseiro usado • A cortina era de madeira, deixando o quarto claro e sem privacidade • Banheiro em péssimo estado, com azulejos quebrados e aparência de abandono • Cama extremamente desconfortável, com colchão afundado • Móveis velhos e mal conservados • Poeira acumulada e sensação de total desleixo Tentei resolver na hora: fui até a recepção, expliquei que o quarto não condizia em nada com o que havia sido vendido no site e pedi o reembolso, já que saí do hotel no MESMO momento do check-in. A resposta? Um total descaso. O atendimento foi frio, ríspido, e recusaram qualquer tipo de reembolso, mesmo eu tendo saído imediatamente e sequer usado o quarto. Alegaram que “o quarto é padrão e está em conformidade”, como se fosse normal enganar o cliente. É uma propaganda enganosa descarada, e o mínimo seria a devolução do valor pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em qualquer hotel da rede Ramada, e recomendo que pensem duas vezes antes de fazer o mesmo. Péssimo atendimento Quarto incompatível com o prometido

Voltaremos com certeza!!!

Uma das melhores ferias que tivemos!! Gracas ao Erivan! Reservamos um outro hotel por whatsapp e quando chegamos la nos colocaram em um quarto horrivel, com mau cheiro e mofo! Pedimos para trocar mas nos disseram que estava tudo lotado. Foi quando fomos ao Ramada e falamos com o Erivan que conseguiu nos encaixar em um quarto perfeito mesmo estando lotados devido a semana de Sao Joao. O hotel eh maravilhoso, cafe da manha excelente e o pessoal muito legal, sempre bem humorados e prontos para ajudar. Meu marido nao fala portugues e tivemos dificuldade em outros hoteis com a comunicacao e no Ramada eles conseguiram se comunicar tranquilamente. Primeira vez do meu marido no Brasil e ele ja quer voltar para esse hotel!! Se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas dariamos com certeza! Super recomendo!

O hotel é excelente, um dos melhores que eu me hospedei e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes! O café da manhã é maravilhoso, muitas opções de comida, tapioca a vontade de todas as variedades :). Estive no Ramada de Recife e estou decepcionada pq aqui em Porto Seguro não tem a metade do conforto e do luxo de Recife. O quarto qd chegamos estava sujo e o controle do ar condicionado não funcionou na primeira noite, mas resolveram o problema no dia seguinte.

O hotel é incrível! A área externa maravilhosa e bem cuidada, os quartos amplos e limpos , o café da manhã com variedade e reposição durante todo o tempo. A localização do hotel também é muito boa: pertinho de supermercado, farmácias, restaurantes e de frente à praia. Os funcionários também são muito educados. Infelizmente, nossa experiência com a limpeza do hotel deixou muito a desejar. O banheiro estava sujo, com rejuntes encardidos e o box vazava água para fora. Esperávamos mais cuidado com a higiene, especialmente considerando o padrão do hotel. Além disso, o hotel oferece atividades coletivas com uso de microfones na piscina, o que torna difícil aproveitar momentos de descanso. Não recomendo.

Precisa melhorar

Começando que a porta do quarto é de vidro e foi mal instalada, o que resulta um vão entre a porta e a parede. No banheiro havia cabelo no chão e no quarto os traviseiros e o lençol estavam com cheiro ruim. Pontos positivos: a equipe atende bem e a localização, próximo de vários beach clubs.
