Quarto de tamanho muito bom, ótimo banheiro. Pouca to mínima interação com funcionários, mais nada negativo. Café da manhã bom, com exceção das cascas de ovo encontrada todos os dias nos ovos mexidos. Considero o lugar bom, limpo, mais não extraordinário

I forgot my shorts on the room and did call them to recovery it but they said is nothing in the room witch is not true, the housekeeping was extremely rude with me, I will never recommend they services.

Nada a reclamar do café da manhã. Tudo bem delicioso e constantemente trocado/adicionado. Os funcionários da parte do café da manhã todos muito educados e até mesmo do bar que fica na parte proximos as pisciinas. A maior reclamação foi em relação a limpeza que deixou muito a desejar, praticamente só arrumavam a cama. Banheiros não foram limpados, baratas que viemos a matar dentro do apartamento, após a limpeza, continuavam no mesmo lugar. Por algumas noites tivemos problemas com fornecimento de agua quente, o que impactou negativamente a experiencia.

A estrutural do hotel é boa, porém pode pfertar muito mais.em qualidade, a começar pela limpeza, banheiros encardidos e com mal cheiro. No mais, o café é extremamente repetitivo, ficamos uma semana e a variação é apenas mo sabor de dois bolos

O café da manhã para quem fica muitos dias não tem uma vaiação, todos os dias a mesma coisa, os hóspedes sua maioria são de excursão, levam caixa de som e ligam no vol max, ao ponto de não conseguir dormir a tarde e nem a noite, mesmo após as 22:00, uma gritaria de crianças, as mesmas correndo e em momento nenhum vi a adm do hotel tomar nnhua providência, entendo que é bom senso dos hóspedes, mais a maioria não tem nem educação quanto mais bom senso! as instalações são ótimas mais pra quem quer socesso não recomendo

Fiquei hospedada por 10 dias e tive uma experiência decepcionante. Logo na chegada, fomos colocadas em um quarto em péssimas condições: infiltração, cheiro forte de esgoto, sem Wi-Fi, TV não funcionava e a limpeza era deplorável — a patente parecia ter sido usada e sem dar descarga, pela cor da água... Após contato com o Hotel.com, conseguimos ser realocadas apenas no dia seguinte. O novo quarto era um pouco melhor, mas ainda apresentava vários problemas: sinais claros de falta de limpeza, odor forte vindo da madeira, toalhas manchadas e ferrugem em torneiras e chuveiro. O hotel é extremamente barulhento, com excursões e grupos de adolescentes fazendo muito ruído e som alto nas sacadas, inclusive à noite. Enviei mensagem pelo WhatsApp do estabelecimento relatando o problema e não obtive resposta até hoje. O café da manhã é pouco variado, e não há nenhum cuidado com higiene — passarinhos bicam os bolos e pães no buffet, que fica em área aberta. O Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos, apenas na recepção, o que atrapalhou bastante meu trabalho. Além disso, a rua em frente ao hotel está em péssimas condições, com esgoto empoçado mesmo em dias ensolarados, e cheiro forte. No penúltimo dia ainda ficamos sem energia, e ao questionar pelo WhatsApp do hotel, obtive a resposta de que havia energia no hotel, ou seja, a pessoa q responde não fica nem lá Pelo valor cobrado e pelas avaliações que constam no site, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Excelente hotel

Incrível, desde o início fomos super bem atendidos, o quarto é espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro grande, secador no banheiro. Perdemos a chave do quarto e prontamente resolveram nosso problema com carisma, educação. Precisávamos ficar até as 14h no hotel e perguntamos se poderíamos, nos deixaram, usando a piscina e lanchonete até o quanto fosse necessário, só não no quarto, e achei isso super top. Quem quisesse fazer churrasco, também tem churrasqueiras disponíveis, assim como poderíamos levar bebidas e comidas de fora para o quarto. Café da manhã adequado com pássaros no salão, tornando o ambiente muito agradável. Recomendo demais o hotel, sempre que voltar quero me hospedar nele.
