-Please note that for 4 people, adults or children, there are two double bedrooms, one of which has the possibility, if necessary, of separating the double bed into two single beds. The double sofa bed in the living room can be used as a bed only, for bookings of 5 or 6 people.

Mia moglie, le mie due figlie ed io siamo stati benissimo in questa casa spaziosa e molto pulita. Dotata climatizzatori, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Avere due bagni e' stato davvero comodo. Posizione fantastica per uscire a piedi la sera in centro a Parco Vecchio senza dover spostare l'auto. Host gentile e disponibile. Casa consigliata!

Posizione ottima ma…

La casa è situata esattamente in centro a Porto Vecchio e ha a disposizione il suo parcheggio privato che è un grande vantaggio. La villa si presenta come dalle foto sul sito, una casa molto spaziosa al secondo piano. Al primo piano vive Luigi il cognato del proprietario. La grossa pecca è stata la pulizia, la casa non era stata assolutamente pulita in precedenza. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare gli armadi pieni di polvere, i cassetti delle posate erano sporchi e in generale anche guardando i copriletti la polvere regnava sovrana. Ulteriore pecca è la potenza dell’acqua, infatti la casa ha 2 bagni ma non si possono usare contemporaneamente doccia e vasca. Inoltre dalla doccia esce solo un filo d’acqua. Essendo state una settimana abbiamo usufruito della lavatrice presente ma con difficoltà a stendere visto che non è presente un vero e proprio sentino ma solo un filo all’esterno della casa. Segnaliamo inoltre che all’arrivo viene richiesta una cauzione che non è specificata nel sito. Risolvendo il problema della pulizia e dell’acqua la casa sarebbe ottimale.

Tutto perfetto

La casa è molto bella e pulitissima, dotata di tutto. Davvero comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Porto Vecchio (una salita di due minuti e si è in pieno centro, fatta anche con passeggino). Per chi ha la macchina, si raggiungono facilmente tutte le piu belle spiagge della Corsica del Sud. C'è anche un servizio navetta gratuito che si ferma in vari punti della città, porto compreso (raggiungibile comunque in pochi minuti a piedi). L'ampia terrazza è dotata di barbecue e gode di una bella vista sul mare. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissima!

Séjour très agréable

Un appartement avec une incroyable vue sur le golfe de Porto-Vecchio où nous rentrions avec plaisir après nos nombreuses sorties. Cimetière marin de Bonifacio, mini croisière à l' Archipel des Lavezzi, le Bastion de France et aussi, une soirée consacrée aux chants polyphoniques corses etc ...

L’appartamento, l’intero piano superiore di una villetta bi-familiare, non è nuovissimo, ma ha il suo fascino retrò. È molto pulito e ampio, è situato davvero vicinissimo al pieno-centro della città; con comodissimo parcheggio privato e con possibilità di accesso rapido in auto anche quando (la sera) ci sono delle limitazioni al traffico delle auto. Buona la dotazione di rito della casa. Gentile e disponibile il referente in loco della proprietaria.

La vivienda estaba bien situada aunque tuvimos problemas con las obras de la ciudad que nos hacia dar una vuelta tremenda para llegar a la casa. La casa es para 4 personas, ya que el sofa cama no sirve ni para sentarse. Tiene una magnifica terraza con bonitas vistas. Las habitaciones son correctas ambas dos y la cocina está también bastante bien. Si que estamos disgustados con los baños, ya que la potencia del agua no daba ni para poder darnos una ducha agusto, ya que casi ni nos quitaba la arena de la playa en ninguno de los dos baños, ni la ducha ni la bañera, cosa que entendemos que es muy importante para zonas de playa. El dueño de la vivienda que vive abajo, fue muy discreto, tanto que ni siquiera nos dio posibilidades de que hacer por la zona y nos tuvimos que apañar con busquedas por internet.

Propriété agréable.

Propriété vraiment bien située au cœur de Porto Vecchio. Juste une légère côte à monter pour arriver sur le centre ville. Superbe vue mer depuis la terrasse. A 20 min en voiture de la plage de Palombaggia et Santa Giulia. Le propriétaire est honnête. Pas de chichis fait sur l’inspection de fin de location. Il nous a rendu notre chèque de caution à la fin sans soucis. A savoir que la location est à l’étage du lieu de vie des propriétaires. Cela ne dérange pas outre mesure mais mérite d’être notifié. Faites attention au chien qui aime jouer mais est extrêmement peureux des caresses. Le baby-foot et le barbecue sont un plus pour une virée entre amis. Attention aux fourmis et aux guêpes l’été. Petit point négatif pour la literie cependant. Les matelas à ressorts commencent à dater.

Casa molto Bella. Posto fantastico e comodo al centro di Porto Vecchio

E' stata una bella vacanza, Luigi è una persona fantastica molto disponibile e discreto. La casa è pulitissima, molto ampia comoda a tutti i servizi e comoda al centro di Porto Vecchio. Supermercato vicino. Le spiagge sono raggiungibili in auto in 10 -20 minuti si arriva a tutte le spiagge più belle della zona. Cala Rossa, Pinarello, Rondinara, Santa Giulia, San Cipriano, ecc. Le spiagge sono tutte libere in alcune si paga il parcheggio (giornaliero 5 o 10 €). Consiglio la casa e la zona a tutti !

TRES BONNE SITUATION PROCHE VIEILLE VILLE ET PORT / CALME / PROPRIETAIRE SYMPATHIQUE

Ma compagne et moi avons séjourné du 25/8 au 1/09 dans cette location qui a répondu à nos attentes : proximité de la vieille ville, et calme,malgré la route qui monte à la vieille ville à proximité (mais utilisable que dans le sens de la descente). L'équipement est complet (2 chambres, 2 sdb, 2 tv) et la terrasse sympathique avec vue sur la mer au loin. Présence de clim également indispensable en été ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique : venant de Propriano il a accepté de nous recevoir plus tôt que l'heure prévue ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la plage dès le samedi de notre arrivée.Encoremerci pour cette facilitation. Présence d'un petit chien joueur (snoopy!), de chats et même ...d'un lapin ! qui a trouvé refuge dans ce lieu où les animaux sont choyés ! Seule amélioration qui rendrait la location exceptionnelle : des extérieurs à la hauteur du niveau de la maison (les carrelages au sol sont vraiment très beaux ...) qui laisse deviner l'origine italienne des propriétaires !
