A beautiful property on a beautiful island

This really is a lovely property. Well maintained, amazingly well equipped kitchen and the most incredible clean swimming pool. The views of the mountains are spectacular. The location is great for exploring both the mountains and the beaches around Porto-Vecchio. You do however definitely need a car as there are no shops or restaurants at all within walking distance. The owner is very welcoming and friendly but also not at all intrusive during the stay. A really wonderful holiday.

Perfect

We cannot fault a single thing about this property. The villa was spotlessly clean and the best equipped place we have ever stayed. The location was the perfect position to explore the towns, mountains and beaches (although a car is essential) with breathtaking views from both the villa and the amazing pool. Everything was even better than it looks in the pictures ! Ange- Marie was welcoming and reliable and with a little effort on both sides, the language barrier was not an issue. We have fallen in love with this place and the island and cannot wait to return.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus von Anne-Marie Forconi sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt auf zwei Etagen aufgetteilt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sehr bequem, die Betten sind gut und alles war wunderbar sauber. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und konnten die Mahlzeiten auf der überdachten Veranda genießen. Das Haus ist ein Doppelhaus, so ausgerichtet, dass die Terassen und Gärten voneinander abgewandt liegen und jeder ungestört sein kann. Die Vegetation und die Pflanzen um das Haus herum sind sehr schön und tragen zur Enspannung bei. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der sehr gepflegt ist und auch recht groß. Es gibt ein Poolhaus für Schatten und ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Meistens waren wir allein am Pool. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf Berge und Täler ist umwerfend. Die Fotos hier geben das sehr gut wieder. Die Lage des Hauses ist ausserdem perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden denn die unzähligen schönen Strände und Buchten sind mit dem Auto nicht weit. Auch die Berge für Wanderungen und die archäologischen Stätten sind nicht weit. Genauso wie Porto-Vecchio und Bonfazio sowie die vielen kleinen Dörfer und Kirchen, die man anschauen kann. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben, denn zwei Wochen waren nicht ausreichend um alles zu erkunden. Anne-Marie Forconi stand uns immer mit Rat und Tipps Seite. DANKE! Wir kommen wieder!

Gutes Preis-/Leistumngsverhältnis

Die Wohnung war zweckmässig gut eingerichtet, in der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt und dass Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Ange-Marie ist sehr nett, ein paar Tipps für die Anfahrt und zur Erkundung der Umgebung wären noch schön und hilfreich gewesen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, Verständigung ausschließlich auf französisch, der Rest mit Händen und Füßen:). Der Pool ist fantastisch! Fahrtzeit zu den Stränden muss man in Kauf nehmen. uns hat das nicht gestört. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel und Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Haus, in toller Lage

Tolles Haus, in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Porto Veccio und die Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Ebenfalls die Berge sind direkt vor der Tür. Super nette Gastgeberin. Man hat alles was einen Urlaub perfekt macht.

Un séjour idyllique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison était très propre et est parfaitement équipée et fonctionnelle (lave linge, lave vaisselle, four/micro-ondes, petit électroménager). Il y a même une barrière de sécurité en haut de l’escalier pour les enfants. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées et la piscine dispose d’une vue à couper le souffle. Pour ne rien gâcher les hôtes sont discrets mais très réactifs au moindre problème en plus d’être charmants ! Un grand merci :)

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet - insbesondere mit Fensterläden und Klimaanlagen lassen sich die Räume individuell temperieren. Die überdachte kleine Terrasse ist toll, da man dort abgesehen von wenigen Stunden am Nachmittag immer geschützt vor der Sonne sitzen kann. Im Garten gibt es weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen gemauerten Grill, den wir aufgrund der Trockenheit aber uns nicht getraut haben, zu benutzen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool mit Blick auf die Berge. Insgesamt eine sehr charmante mediterrane Ferienunterkunft.

Superbe location

Logement très propre, la propriétaire très sympathique. Nous allons revenir. Son mari nous a emmener visiter son exploitation d’ e levage de cochons et de vaches. Que de beaux souvenirs. Superbe vue sur la montagne, les plus belles plages sont très proches.

Maison entière située à 5 minutes de Porto Vecchio, très calme, vue sur montagne, très bien équipée (lave linge / lave vaisselle..). Propriétaire très réactive. Pas de climatisation mais maison bien isolée donc rafraîchit bien la nuit.

Traumhaft, parkähnlicher Garten, sehr schöner Pool!

Die Unterkunft bei Madame Forconi war wunderbar. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kaffeemaschine, Espressomaschine, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Gasherd, Grill, .... alles vorhanden. Wunderschön angelegter Garten mit vielen Bäumen, Rasenflächen, tollen Pflanzen und Natursteinen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und bietet überdachte Liegegelegenheiten. Wir würden wiederkommen. Madame Forconi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Traumhafte Lage und tolle Unterkunft

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 7 und 10 Jahren) waren vom 20.05.2018 bis 02.06.2018 in der Villa Suartelo 2 untergebracht. Es war eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft umgeben von einem tollen Grundstück. Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt (Kühlschrank, Kaffee- und Espressomaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Fernseher etc.) und alles war sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und der Pool war das absolute Highligt.

Sehr schönes zurückgezogenes Haus mit schönem Blick und Pool

Wir haben ein sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit einem schönen Haus vorgefunden. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbreich. Leider sprechen wir kein Französich und so war es mit der Kommunikation etwas schwierig. Am einfachtsen ging es dann per mail und Übersetzerprogramm. Die Lage des Hauses ist zurückgezogen aber nicht weit von der Landstraße die in die Berge führt. Dies hat leider den Nachteil das die Fahrzeuge doch deutlich zu hören sind, vor allem die Motorradfahrer die gern auf dem geraden Stück beschleunigen. Zum Becker fährt man mit dem Auto 5 Min. und ein großer Supermarkt ist 7Min. entfernt. Wir haben das Haus ausgesucht als Ausgangspunkt um den Süden von Koriska zu erkunden. In die Berge als auch zu wunderschönen Stränden ist es nicht weit. Auch ein Nachmittag am Pool um auszuspannen war wirklich sehr schön. Man teilt sich den Pool mit mehreren Parteilen, aber meistens waren wir allein. Eine Hilfe wäre noch in die Wegbeschreibung die GPS Koordinaten für die Zufahrt aufzunehmen.

Perfektes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus liegt total idyllisch in den Bergen, aber trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 8 Minuten in Porto-Vecchio. Von der Terasse aus herrlicher Blick in die Berglandschaft. Ruhe und Erholung, Aktivitäten im großen, sehr sauberen Pool, alles vorhanden für einen zufriedenen, tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe der Berge ist optimal für schöne Wanderungen. Die korsische Vermieterin (wohnt oberhalb des Grundstückes) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très beau gîte avec piscine pour une détente totale.

Semaine parfaite dans le gite bien calme de Ange Marie, très fonctionnel et spacieux avec piscine très agréable, vue sur les montagnes. Merci pour les petites attentions d'accueil, spécialités de Corse. Nous sommes rentrés ressourcés et espérons revenir une autre fois pour profiter de cette belle île.

très agréable séjour , maison très bien équipée, belle piscine

maison très bien équipée, très bien entretenue (propreté), la piscine est super, la cuisine est très bien équipée pour faire la cuisine (Grand frigo, casseroles de toutes tailles etc..) un Seul Petit regret : que les draps ne soient pas inclus dans le Prix de la location - pour 4 personnes, on hésite à dépenser 80 eur et le sac de draps & serviettes prend bien sûr bp de place. Sinon, magnifique paysage, repos et tranquillité assurés.
