Luxury villa, Corsican sheepfold spirit with its contemporary interior, its privileged location a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Corsica between Santa Giulia and Palombaggia. Private, secure, heated swimming pool, treated with salt. 3 Bedrooms with private bathrooms all equipped with smart TV, all rooms are air conditioned, and have WIFI access. (I.e. 3 showers + 1 balneo-chromotherapy bathtub + 4 toilets)


Villa richly dressed in local stone offering an authentic side, with a typically Corsican exterior, thanks to its vegetation: olive trees, strawberry trees, myrtles, immortals and other scents of scrub. Very beautiful pool / fountain created in the midst of riprap, everything is thought to disorient you and relax in a green setting with pure Corsican scents.

The swimming pool with its waterfall blade facing due south is completely secured by its motorized roller shutter, bordered by a superb ipe terrace furnished with top of the range sunbathing.
A shaded area with a reclaimed wood roof is present to satisfy all those who want to hide from the sun, or to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the evening facing the swimming pool with its numerous indirect lights.

Nous recommandons fortement la magnifique maison Ardiadoro ! Tout était vraiment parfait !(Piscine chauffée à 30° fortement agréable en cette période) Aucune remarque que du très haut de gamme !! Michael et Andrée sont sympathiques et attentifs au confort de leurs hôtes.

Belle maison récente type bergerie

Belle décoration pour cette maison neuve très bien agencée et magnifiquement aménagée. La disposition des pièces est très agréable . De nombreux espaces extérieurs permettent aussi à chacun de pouvoir s'isoler ou de pratiquer des activités partagées. Ces différents espaces extérieurs sont parfaitement bien équipés (salons, transats, tables, chaises,parasols, barbecue, frigo...) permettant d être exploités. Nous avons vraiment aimé les différentes terrasses qui nous ont permis de laisser les enfants chahuter près de la piscine chauffée à 29° alors que nous nous prélassions à l'ombre à la superbe terrasse d"été au calme... Andrée( la propriétaire) qui nous accueille est aussi très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Superbe bergerie !!!

Merci à Andrée et Michael pour leur accueil, tout est parfait, rien à dire, juste profiter de cet endroit magique, la villa est superbe, les aménagements et équipements montrent bien que rien n'est laissé au hasard. L'intérieur est fabuleusement contemporain et l'extérieur est un vrai cocon, la piscine est géniale et de plus chauffée et sécurisée tout le monde en a vraiment profité. La terrasse d'été qui à beaucoup de cachet est hyper équipée et ultra fonctionnelle. Quel magnifique île les plages à 2 minutes sont paradisiaques !!! Nous avons hâte de revenir, nous étions comme à la maison ! Des souvenirs inoubliables hantent nos esprits, vivement les prochaines vacances. Nous vous embrassons et vous disons à bientôt Samia&Christophe,Estelle&David et enfants !!!

Maison d'exception

Maison d'exception, piscine très agréable, extérieurs de toute beauté, cuisine d'été très réussie, situation géographique plus que parfaite Santa giulia et Palombaggia sont à 5 minutes. Remise des clés par la propriétaire, merci encore à Andrée pour son accueil, bref tout était parfait.

Idéalement située pour visiter, Porto Vecchio et toutes ses plages qui juste à côté. Palombaggia est vraiment magnifique ! La maison est super bien équipée, le jardin est magnifiquement paysagé. La piscine chauffée et ses aménagements sont supers, vraiment je recommande, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Merci aux propriétaires charmants qui, par leurs conseils nous ont permis de découvrir les plus beaux endroits et les meilleures tables du coin.

Very good !!

We had a wonderful week at La Villa Piana. The house is indeed very confortable, spacious, and very well equipped, I.e. a/c, tv's, bbq, pool, top kitchen, private parking, security, etc. The location is also fine, close to Figari airport, supermarket, beautiful beaches, restaurants, Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio. I will recommend it without any doubt.

Tout simplement superbe, la pierre est tout simplement magnifique, le jardin très bien conçu, la piscine plein sud géniale , le contraste entre l'exterieur très ancien et l'interieur contemporain est réussi bref un vrai bijou !!! Sans oublié la situation géniale de la maison à 2 minutes des plages . Pour finir un petit mot sur les propriétaires un couple discret, charmant et attachant. Toute la famille à hâte de revenir !!!

séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa qui possède un charme fou par ce mélange de pierres et bois à l'extérieur et ce moderne à l'intérieur. La situation était parfaite, près des magnifiques plages aux eaux d'un bleu cristal. Nous avons adoré la piscine avec sa chute d'eau c'est super sympa et pas commun et de + nous avons apprécié également nos petits bains dans une cascade nous faisant pensé à un bain d'eau de source. Location de tout confort, cuisine très bien équipée + une 2eme à l'extérieur , plusieurs terrasses, parking privé. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour cet accueil chaleureux et pour tous leurs conseils bien suivis.
