For this new season 2017 we always offer this charming villa for 4 people, located 5 km from the nearest beach (Pavellone), 10 km from PALOMBAGGIA and 5 km from the city center. Quiet area near restaurants and grocery stores-fruit / vegetables-bread store.
Having delighted the vacationers of 2016, which makes us want to continue this year, the apartment remains modern and functional, we improve from year to year the decoration and the equipment to satisfy our customers again and again; it consists of an air-conditioned living room with flat screen Tv, DVD player, a fully equipped open kitchen, a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms with walk-in closet and beds in 140, a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet, covered terrace with barbecue, outdoor furniture, two reserved parking spaces.
Ideal rental with family or friends.

The main villa is inhabited all year round. The occupants are very respectful and expect the same attention :-)
Cabinet Saint Nicolas manages the rental, this agency will send you the rental contract, collect the regulations, take care of your installation and your departure. The contact is Miss Justine FONT. The price remains unchanged despite the management of the property by an agency.
