The accommodation is a spacious and comfortably furnished 55m² duplex with a kitchen, living room and a terrace with panoramic sea views. A staircase leads down to the bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.

- For the kitchen, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a sink and cupboards with pans, pots...
- For the living room, a 55cm TV (TNT satellite), a sofa bed (140cm), a coffee table and a sideboard.
- For the terrace, a table, chairs and an electric barbecue.
- For the bedroom, a 160cm bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe.
- For the bathroom, 2 sinks with cupboard (hair dryer) and a shower.
- For the cleanout, a broom, a bucket, a mop, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, a safe, 2 beach umbrellas.

This villa offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
