Villa, in PORTO VECCHIO, 8 persons, fully air-conditioned, in a quiet private residence, in the heart of the maquis, just 1 minute 30 from the beautiful bay of SANTA GHJULIA and less than 10 minutes from the first beaches of PALOMBAGGIA. It consists of 04 rooms (1 bed 180 - 3 beds 160) including a master suite with dressing room, 03 bathrooms with Italian shower xxl including one with bath 2 people balneotherapy and chromo-therapy, 03 WC, a large kitchen open to living - dining room. The heated swimming pool (10m50 x 4m), with its secure floating shutter, is surrounded by a cocooning suspended terrace with its magnificent panoramic and impregnable view on the small rocky mountains of santa ghjulia, a pool-house of 50 m2 with kitchen of summer and its plancha, its big terrace which borders the swimming pool where are installed sunbaths and armchairs.
Located less than 06 minutes south of the heart of the city of PORTO VECCHIO, the residence is ideally placed both for access to the beautiful beaches of the extreme south as for the discovery of the Alta Rocca with its forests with swimming pools natural.
All the conveniences to spend a beautiful summer are gathered in PORTO VECCHIO, the small Saint-Tropez of Corsica.

A lovely villa

We were a group of 8 and spent a week at the villa and found it to be well-presented and clean. Ludovic was an excellent host who gave us several excellent recommendations for local restaurants etc. Overall I’d recommend this villa for a vacation; it’s location is excellent for exploring southern Corsica and it has excellent facilities for a large family group.

We have spent a wonderful vacation at the villa. All amenities descriptions appeared to be actual and accurate. We had a very good and prompt communication with Ludovic - the owner, who was showing interest if we encounter no problems or obstacles.We have travelled to many locations in this scheme - two families with teenage children. Taking into account all the aspects (surroundings, distance to beaches, availability of shopping - fresh food, wines, local specialties, the comfort of the villa, the swimming pool) - this stay was definitely at the top of our experiences. superbe villa idéalement située

Nous avons apprécié le confort, la propreté et la localisation de cette magnifique villa. Villa très bien équipée, fonctionnelle avec des équipements modernes et haut de gamme. A proximité des plus belles plages du sud de la Corse, des piscines naturelles des massifs de l'Ospédale et de Bavella ainsi que des falaises de Bonifacio. Holiday with family

We stayed a week in this beautiful Villa. Brigitte and Ludovic are very kindly. The Villa is really good equiped and the beaches like Palombaggia or Rondinara are 15/20 minutes far from the house. The Villa has a pool a large outdoor where you can relax and stay peaceful. We hope to come again and see the beautiful island another time. We really enjoy our time all Together!

Maison de rêve, propre, soignée et parfaitement équipée. Super bien placée, piscine chauffée au top pour les enfants et sécurisée. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés !! Merci aux propriétaires pour les petites attentions à l’arrivée.

Séjour de rêve

Séjour d’une semaine entre amis 4 couples), à 2 pas des plus belles plages de la région (Santa Gulia et Palombaggia), tout est prévu dans cette maison pour passer de bons moments (prestations haut de gamme). La piscine est très agréable et toujours chaude et il y a des clims dans chaque pièce (indispensable vu la chaleur). Le port de Porto Vecchio est à 5 mn en voiture et un magasin avec fruits, légumes, pains, viennoiseries et produits corses est à 5 mn à pied. En résumé, vous pouvez réserver cette maison les yeux fermées!!!
