Excellent location, but some basic things missing

The location was excellent - exactly by the port lots of nice restaurants nearby and big supermarket just there too. The studio was spacious enough for 2 of us, clean and well maintained. Some of the things that were not included very surprised us - there was no wifi, also towels were not included in the rental, which we thought was basic requirement. We also had to specifically request bed linens to be left, and these were left for us kindly by the owner. When we arrived in the Tuesday evening all the shops were closed already and would have been nice to have at least some bottled water left in the property, as in our experience this would normally be there. Other than that we had a really good stay

Endroit en centre-ville

Trop prĂšs de la marina et en rez de chaussĂ©e. Donc trĂšs bruyant. Plus loin du rĂ©el centre-ville historique. L’avantage, pas besoin de voitures pour les soirĂ©es. L’appartement est tout a fait correct et optimisĂ©, au moins pour 2. Manque un peu de rangement.

Logement bien situé et climatisé mais des choses à revoir

Le logement est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied du port de Porto-Vecchio, trĂšs sympa pour aller se balader le soir et facile de faire ses courses dans le casino Ă  500m Cependant des Ă©lĂ©ments de vĂ©tustĂ© sont Ă  revoir. Des tĂąches de gras sur la table, le canapĂ© dispose d'un drap cache misĂšre on ne peut pas appeler ça autrement, des Ă©cailles dans le plan de travail de la cuisine, des tĂąches d'urine sur le matelas. Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir ajouter des photos Ă  mon avis. Le logement pourrait trĂšs simplement ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© en y investissant un peu plus d'argent (remplacement du canapĂ© indispensable, nettoyage du matelas etc) ProcĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e Ă  revoir (car on ne peut pas dĂ©cemment appeler une arrivĂ©e autonome le fait de laisser les clĂ©s sur la terrasse accessible par tous). Le logement a de bons atouts comme sa localisation, la climatisation ainsi que la cloison bien pensĂ©e pour sĂ©parer le coin couchage du salon. Mais honnĂȘtement pour le prix il faut faire des efforts.

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© pour nous, Ă  quelques pas seulement du port. Nous sommes venus en aoĂ»t, et nous avons pu profiter des navettes gratuites qui nous emmenaient dans la vieille ville (arrĂȘt juste en face l’appartement). L’appartement nous a plu, seul petit bĂ©mol aucun Ă©quipement pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse pour prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner ou l’apĂ©ro. Dommage...

Emplacement parfait !

Tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait. La rĂ©sidence est idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour sillonner la cĂŽte de Porto- Vecchio. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli et conseillĂ© par CĂ©line et Katia Ă  notre arrivĂ©e . Merci Ă©galement au propriĂ©taire pour sa disponibilitĂ© lors de nos Ă©changes. L’appartement est climatisĂ©, propre , lumineux et Ă©quipĂ©. Le garage est un vrai plus. Nous conseillerons ce pied Ă  terre sur l’üle de beautĂ©, qui porte bien son nom. Des belles plages aux randonnĂ©es en montagne, les paysages sont Ă©poustouflants.

Appartamento corrispondente a quanto visto nell'annuncio. Carino e pulito, soggiorno piacevole. Il parcheggio gratuito Ăš un elemento positivo da tenere in considerazione. Posizione ottima: porto e CittĂ  vecchia sono a due passi.

Pulito e in posizione ottima

Appartamento confortevole e pulito, in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal porto ed a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro di PortoVecchio. Le grandi finestre dell’appartamento si affacciano su una veranda a piano terra che confina con la strada ed Ăš delimitata solo da piante. Ho letto recensioni in cui ci si lamentava del rumore del traffico di auto e persone davanti all’abitazione, ma a noi non ha dato particolarmente fastidio, forse perchĂ© facevamo colazione sul presto e stavamo in giro fino a quasi l’ora di cena. Viene messo a disposizione un comodo posto auto nello parcheggio privato sul retro dell’edificio.

E la carta igienica???

L'appartamento rispetta la descrizione, situato a poca distanza dal porto perĂČ silenzioso. Quello che non ci Ăš piaciuto Ăš stato non trovare nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua e soprattutto la carta igienica!!! Che occorreva portarsi la biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) ci Ăš stato comunicato solo dopo aver prenotato. Inoltre in bagno mancava anche il tappeto. Nel condominio c'Ăš la piscina ma non siamo riusciti a trovarla, il contatto con chi gestisce l'appartamento Ăš stato solo tramite SMS. Insomma un'esperienza buona a metĂ .

Appartement trÚs propre, sdb, wc, cuisine, ménage bien fait. Malheureusement nous avons déchanté en voyant la piscine qui ressemblait à une baignoire. Et la mauvaise surprise fut à 5 h du matin, nous avons été réveillé par le bruit incessant de la route malgré le double vitrage ... impossible de se reposer et de dormir correctement sans cachet ou boules kies.

Appartement trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le seul point faible c'est qu'il se situe en rdc au bord d'une route trĂšs passante. Nous ne pouvons donc pas profiter de la grande terrasse car beaucoup trop bruyant. Nous ne pouvons mĂȘme pas laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes... et sommes obligĂ©s de dormir avec des boules quies... point positif, cela nous oblige Ă  sortir beaucoup plus et Ă  profiter des magnifiques paysages de la corse...

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce studio début juillet. Il est trÚs bien situé puisque nous pouvons nous rendre au port et au centre ville à pieds. Le parking gratuit est situé juste en face ce qui est trÚs pratique. Seul bémol la rue qui mÚne au port et qui passe juste devant l'appartement un peu bruyante dÚs 7h le matin.
