Two rooms on this floor are equipped with one French bed each (160 cm, length 200 cm), providing direct access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/shower/WC. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, five induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower/WC is also located on this level. Electric heating and air-conditioning ensure year-round comfort. The upper floor houses two more rooms, each with one bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and one French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), along with a shower/WC. Electric heating and air-conditioning are available on this floor as well.
