Villino Rosa – mit Garten und Meerblick

A charming independent villa from the early twentieth century, located a few meters from the beach of Schiopparello, with a splendid view of the gulf of Portoferraio and a large and comfortable garden. It is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday in a unique landscape for colors and scents. The garden is surrounded by pittosporum hedges, secular plants and fruit trees. Not far from the villa there are a bar, a minimarket, a pharmacy and places to visit such as "Il Giardino dell'Ottone", the "Tenuta La Chiusa", the Castello del Volterraio. In the characteristic small port of Magazzini there is a sailing school.
The Villino directly on the beach of Le Prade is spread over two floors and consists of five bedrooms, three doubles (one with a terrace overlooking the sea), one twin with a pull-out bed for a total of 8 beds. All rooms are equipped with A/C. On the ground floor a large living room with dining area and lounge with TV corner, well equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are located. A large garden with sea view surrounds the house, equipped with table, chairs and outdoor shower. The villa is accessed from a private entrance gate, and has internal parking. On request, an additional bed can be added at a cost of €125.00 per week.
