Beautifully refurbished apartment with stunning views of South Parade pier, and the beach to the Isle of Wight. Situated on the first floor of this Thomas Ellis Owen designed building, the apartment offers a stylish open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and classic French doors to the south-facing balcony to enjoy the view.
The secure private parking space is behind the building in front of the entrance.
Main bedroom Super king comfy new bed with extra deep mattress, en-suite and its own private balcony, option for twin beds
Second double comfy new bed with extra deep mattress, well sized and comfortable, next door to the family bathroom.
The whole apartment
Available nearby if required.
The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road (one car included, additional cars are charged)
There are 30 stairs up to the apartment.
🌊Sea Defence work
From Speakers corner to South Parade Pier work will be underway to build the much needed sea defences from March 2026 to May 2027. This will mean some disruption to the area and the apartment will overlook the works. Very occasionally tides will dictate that work will be required outside of the standard construction hours (7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday)

We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.
The following charges may be applied
Lost keys £30
Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.
Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.
