Had to wait 1 hour for hot water. Called front desk twice. T h ey said oh just let it run longer it will get hot. This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel. Never again. Breakfast in the morning is a nightmare. The attendant hovers over you like your going to steal the silverware.

The woman who checked me in was fab, super friendly and apologetic for room mix up. We have stayed here multiple times when we want a quick getawaybto the Brook. Only down side was i boked a king suite for my husband and i for valentines night. Was givin a doublebqueen room with sofa bed. Not the end of the world but would have liked to have the room i booked.

The room was nice enough. The price was decent. It had everything you needed even a good size fridge and a microwave. The girls at the front desk both night and they were super friendly, helpful, and amazing. I would definitely go back here again!
