Clean, Cozy, and Close to the Coast

We really enjoyed our stay at Breakers by the Sea. The location is hard to beat—right across from the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the sand and water. It made it so convenient to spend time by the ocean, enjoy walks along the strip, and take in everything Hampton Beach has to offer. The property itself is a little dated, but it was very clean and well maintained, and that mattered more to us than anything. Our room was comfortable and came equipped with useful amenities, including a fridge, stove, and microwave, which made it easy to store snacks, prepare quick meals, and save a bit on dining out. Parking is provided, which was a big plus, though it’s located across the street. It wasn’t a problem for us, but crossing can be a bit tricky on very busy days when traffic is heavy, so it’s worth noting for future guests. Still, having parking included was very convenient and took away a lot of the stress of finding a spot near the beach. Overall, this is a solid and affordable place to stay if you want to be close to everything in Hampton Beach. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, practical, and in a great location. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit.

Priscilla was running the office when i checked in. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and just plain wonderful. I didnt like how the bed spreads were hanging to the floor in a way that you could trip on. My suggestion do hospital corners and the bed spread wont hang to the floor. Other than that Priscilla was wonderful and i had a great experience , great ocean view. 😃

Short one night stay

The staff were super nice and helpful. Allowing us to park right outside the hotel because of our late arrival and communicating with us to make sure we got into the room late at night. Location was right on the water and we were happy with the full size refrigerator. Refrigerator was a little old and rusty and room could use a little more cleaning but overall we were really happy with the service and staff.

Staff very friendly however it looked as if the mop bucket gets dumped over the upstairs railing when they do mop, there’s gobs of hair all over the railings. Our floor was so filthy my feet were black within an hour of being there and there was a lot of sand and spilled messes on the floor that needed mopping. The ad didn’t say or show anything about a road being in between them and my ocean front room and there was… the staff was very nice and accommodating however the place is in bad need of repairs and upgrades. Our balcony was too unstable to sit on and the floors caved with weight…. Ok so the staff was great and the room was ok, nice large fridge. Will not be going back

Great location for the beach but awful for board walk activities. You are far from the hype. The parking is away from the hotel so you have to walk to parking and depending on how many guests you have to go to the further lot.Bathroom

The location is right on the beach. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Most rooms do not have ocean view. There was sand in the sheets. I believe the sheets were clean, but the sand was probably a result of sand in the mattress pad or bedspread. The room had a strong smell. I think the smell was probably cheap cleaner or soap. The smell remained even after opening the windows and turning on air conditioning. I wouldn’t stay here again, but again want to mention how nice the front desk staff was (and no, I didn’t complain to her about the odor, because there wouldn’t have been anything she could do to change the situation in the time we were there). I usually like to focus only on the positives, but anyone with sensitivity to odors should be aware.
