Bright and welcoming 2-bed apartment just a short stroll from Southsea seafront. Features a king-size bed, a fun bunk room, and a sofa bed for extra guests. Perfectly suited for families or groups of friends. Relax in the spacious living area, dine together, and unwind after a day by the sea. A great base to explore the coast, local attractions, and everything Portsmouth has to offer.
We are available by phone or message to answer any of your queries and assist with recommendations. Our office hours are;
Mon-Sat: 10:00-22:00 & Mon-Sun: 10:00-20:00
Set just a few streets back from Southsea seafront, this apartment is perfectly located for beach days, strolls along the promenade, and ice cream pit stops. You’ll find cafes, pubs, and independent shops nearby, plus historic gems like Southsea Castle and the D-Day Story within walking distance, or wander into Old Portsmouth with its cobbled streets, historic pubs, and views across the harbour. Gunwharf Quays, with its outlet shopping and restaurants, is just a 20 mins walk too.
This bright and characterful apartment has plenty of room to relax after a day by the sea. Guests love the high ceilings and charming period features, which give the space a real sense of airiness and style. There’s a large lounge/diner with a Smart TV (and another in the master bedroom), plus a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. Sleeping arrangements are flexible – a king bedroom, a second room with bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge. While the neighbourhood is usually quiet, please note that it is a residential area, so occasional sounds from neighbours may be heard.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber.
There are frequent buses running nearby.
The nearest train station is Portsmouth & Southsea which is a 20 min walk.
If you are driving - and have a large vehicle or more than 1 car you will require visitor's permits to park on the road. These can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay.
Parking in Portsmouth can be a little overcrowded. You may need to look for a space on a nearby road if there is no space on the road outside.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £500 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £110.
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
