The front desk and breakfast buffet gal were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The bed & linens were super comfortable and we liked the huge TV and channel selection. The sink in our room’s bathroom sprayed water everywhere! The shampoo, conditioner & body wash were very pleasant smelling and I liked the volume control on the shower.

The facility is under construction, which was not disclosed. Upon arrival, I had to wait several minutes the front desk for someone to appear to check me in. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay, which I did as it was for three nights. The room was never serviced. Just a generally mediocre experience.

My room was not vacuumed. Mattress was old and had a huge pit in the middle. Staff was friendly but poorly trained. Breakfast was less than subpar. It smelled like a laundromat as you walk into the reception area. Run down and tired - not what I expected from Marriott

This place was a disaster. They didn’t honor my reservation although I booked it through Expedia two queen beds, they only had king beds available. I had to drive and pay extra money because we needed two beds. They blamed it on Expedia.

The hotel was under renovations, which I had not realized when I reserved. I had been looking forward to using the pool but it was closed because they were storing mattresses in the pool area. Then when I went to bed I found that the bottom sheet was queen size and the bed was king size. Of course the sheet was falling off all night. The breakfast was pretty good for a buffet and the staff was friendly under the circumstances. They were probably dealing with a lot of complaints.

Didn’t know there would be construction everything was a mess son was very disappointed the pool wasn’t open wasn’t mentioned on website and I booked for his birthday. It was honestly disgusting

Hotels.com overbooked the rooms I was asked if I could take a different room one with two queen beds and no pull out couch instead of the King bed I had booked so I could accommodate Marriott rewards members( which I was one a one time), because of the overbooking by your company After much searching the desk staff was able to find what I had booked It worked out but I don’t get the miss communication between your booking and hotel I was not the only person in this situation
