We booked the room with the jacuzzi in room and were very disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and took a very long time to fill as the hot water ran out very quickly and when we finally got it filled it wouldn’t turn on. After multiple calls with the desk we were informed we needed to talk to management in the morning. Upon checkout we were informed we were already given a refund for the majority of the room. Night staff was not helpful but management was quick to handle the problem. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was in a great place close to an amazing restaurant/inn just down the road we had dinner at and the airport diner we had breakfast at the next morning.

The hot tub was broken, and had been for a while. The hotel has fans set up with air fresheners pumping out a fabreeze type of scent to cover the smell in the hallways. There is one broken soda dispenser on the 2nd floor. There were crumbs on the carpeted floor and the tv didn't work properly.

Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again! The hotel isn’t the fanciest, but it’s a great value for the price. The staff is friendly, and the room was clean. The pool was very well-maintained, and they mentioned that the hot tub is being updated, which shows they’re actively improving the facilities. There’s also a shower, sauna, and restroom available downstairs by the pool. The sauna is a bit outdated, so I didn’t use it, but that’s a minor issue. Coffee is offered in the morning, though the vending machines were empty during my stay. Despite being a little outdated overall, the hotel provides good value and a comfortable experience. I would stay here again!
