The carpet inside the apartment was little dirty and smell wasn’t good The bath was cleaned I suggested that carpet must to be wash with xampoo sometimes.

Double booked

I was at the hotel for 3pm check-in, there were 2 families waiting while another family was checking in. There were 2 employees at the front desk only one working. I heard the employee say give them “my name’s room” I was concerned but didn’t want to interrupt their conversation so I waited my turn. When I checked in I was given the keys, I booked 2 rooms, went up to room 217 opened the door and a family was in there. I didn’t finish check in till about 4pm and at 10:50am they were knocking on the door saying it was time for check out. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion.

Small nice hotel. Convient 10 minutes drive from Hampton beach. Staff is nice. The only issue was no USB plugs in the room. So don’t forget your outlet.

This was my first time staying here. The hotel itself was in a convenient location, albeit pretty noisy, since it's on the Main Street. The toilet was plugged up from the first night but the front desk person came right up and unclogged it, informing us that for some reason there are plumbing problems in that part of the building and have been for quite some time, despite plumbers being brought in a few times. The bathtub was super slippery as they were no strips or grippy pieces on the bottom so you had to be very careful. There was paint peeling on the ceiling and when we came in for the first time, there was a musty smell in the room. Don't get me wrong, most weren't deal changers, but I may look for better options the next time.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for local places to eat which turned out to be fabulous meals. The pool and hot tub were fantastic after hours in the car. The room was good sized, clean and comes with a microwave and refrigerator..nothing else was needed. We will be back!

The gentleman working the front desk when checking in was awesome and very accommodating to my need for extra pillows due to a recent surgery, very happy and friendly...the room was extremely clean and the bathroom to. It was quiet especially for the beach. The only thing that was a turn off was the very quiet, grumpy individual who was at the desk in the early morning 430-5am with absolutely no personality or friendliness when going out across the street for breakfast and returning to the room. But that didn't diminish my positive experience with this small quaint hotel. I will definitely be booking another stay there when returning to Hampton Beach, New Hampshire

Decent room-slooooow check in

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and room was very clean. The only issue was the gentleman checking us in. He was extremely slow, too chatty, wasting time with the couple that checked in before us. Got very confused about us having 2 rooms reserved for 2 couples. It was very frustating. But the room was great!
