Friendly Hotel in great position

Pros: Friendly staff and good postion for lakes.
Cons: Breakfast room could be open at nights as there are not many restaurants around.
Location: Visit the Lakes !
We have stayed at the hotel for last 8 years. The position suits us as we Iike to visit the lakes.The staff are very friendly and helpful and we know what we are getting which is very important. Breakfast works out fine and we always enjoy our stay here.The hotel is going through a refurbishment which does not affect guests staying which is great which might explain why it has been going on for over a year and is still not finished.

Great place to stay

Good location for Lakes,staff really friendly and helpful,had small problem with bath and it was dealt with straightaway.Hygiene and cleanliness excellent which is important to us,would use again without question.
