The staff was rude. The hotel guests were extremely loud until 2am. Front desk didn’t do anything. No one at the front desk I had to go look for someone. At one point 3 ladies were behind the desk all chatting and laughing. I told them the elevator was broken and they started laughing.

Beware COLD rooms without heat ?

Hotel staff unable to process not check in efficiently... took almost 10 minutes? ** room was only 48 degrees COLD... and took over 1 hour to heat up... beware that hotel staff only stated to turn heat on and no apologies offered? room so cold with hotel barely occupied? ... also took longer than normal for room check in process on hotel computer... WHY?
