The check in was not great at all. I was asked to pay for the room when I had already paid. Reception staff did not believe me and asked me to provide that I had paid. Was very offended. To top it off the reception staff was not welcoming , did not smile and was very robotic, personal touch was not there.

Our stay 26th -28th Nov . Room was basic but clean , and bed very comfortable so no problem. Bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice . Staff friendly and helpful, check in easy. Fairly good location. Fair value, so would book again if visiting Portsmouth Thank you Ian & Amanda
