Property is being renovated and they have done a good job in the room. Outside still in need of work which they were doing. Hot water never got hot. When I mentioned in the morning, desk said the room I was in on the end sometimes takes 10 minutes. Should have been told that on checkin.

Rough exterior, but great rooms

I was a little concerned when we pulled in because the exterior of the hotel is not in great shape. The building definitely needs some paint and the stairs to the second floor was not in great shape either. But I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of the room was in much better condition. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was fairly large and the beds were comfy. The brown blankets were very soft and my kids in particular loved them. Overall it was very good value for the price considering how expensive everything in the area is.

Staff was great. Stayed 1 night. Overall decent place to stay for a night or two. Only downside was the AC had s smell to it, possible also a little old, could be replaced.

Bad business practices

The desk person had to move me due to a broken sink and showerhead, and I had told him there was a hair on the bed when I opened the bed, he put me in a different room and when I came back from the beach later, I couldn’t shower because there was no hot water. I went and told him he told me I was just being a pain in the ass and I said excuse me I’m the customer I’m telling you something is wrong and he continued to say he was going to call the cops on me for badmouthing his business

The property was clean and small enough that you could see your car. It's two floors. With wide staircases and covered. Rooms were nice. All and all it was a good stay and would get it again ten minutes from Hampton Beach and fifteen to water country. Nice in-between and plenty of things around it for shopping. Thank you to the staff.
