The flat was a basement flat which it doesn’t say and had a damp smell !! The bedding and pillows were terrible t v was not good

I was a little disappointed with my stay as there were not enough large dinner plates and one of us had to eat their Christmas dinner on a small plate. The electric ran out on Christmas day so we also had our dinner delayed. I tried to contact the vendor however they did not respond to me at all. We had to put 10 on the electric ourselves which is not something we should be doing when on holiday especially messing around trying to contact people on Christmas day.I would like to be reimbursed the electric money at least, if not compensated for the lack of contact and having g to waste time on our holiday trying to get hold of people.
