PublicitĂ© mensongĂšre , pas de petit dĂ©jeuner inclus sur place , il faut faire 20mn de marche pour avoir le droit Ă  10cl de cafĂ© et un bout de pain ! Si vous voulez autre chose il faut payer ! Sans compter le service hyper dĂ©sagrĂ©able .. D autre part Posada est mignon mais loin de tout, pas pratique avec les pavĂ©s et les valises , et les plages Ă  20mn Ă  pied sont moches et sales . PrĂ©voir une voiture pour partir ailleurs chaque matin. La vue de la chambre : une Centrale d Ă©puration ! Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçus . Nous ne reviendrons pas

Erst einmal: Der Standort Posada ist top! Tolle Restos und Bars. Schöner alter Teil mit Castello. Schöne Aussicht. Nahe zu einem wirklich sehr schönen Strand mit 2 Bars. Das B&B mit 3 Zimmern ist völlig ausreichend (nur leider keinen Schrank). Mit einem schönen Blick. In guter Lage des Centro storico. FußlĂ€ufig tolle Restaurants (Marco&Catherina, Carpe Diem und Eteria) und eine Bar ganz oben (Incantu, super!). Die Zimmer werden alle 3 Tage gereinigt, man bekommt neue HandtĂŒcher. Francesco ist sehr freundlich. UngĂŒnstig ist das Parken. Man muss bei Ankunft das GepĂ€ck viele Stufen nach oben schleppen. Sehr anstrengend! Außerdem liegt die FrĂŒhstĂŒcksmöglichkeit 1,5km entfernt in einer Bar. Wenn man kein Auto hat ist es schwierig. Besser wĂ€re es die fußlĂ€ufige Bar unten am Parkplatz zu nutzen.

This B&B is a real gem full of Italian charm. The room is small but tastefully furnished and has everything you need. It’s located in a beautiful historic old town with lots of character – a perfect setting to experience authentic Sardinia. The owner is extremely friendly and always available. He gave us great tips for local restaurants and contacts, which really enriched our stay. A big plus is the free parking nearby – very convenient if you’re traveling by car. The balcony offers a lovely view, but unfortunately there were no chairs or table, so you couldn’t sit and enjoy it. That was a missed opportunity. The room itself is quite small, and we often got in each other’s way – something to keep in mind for longer stays. Breakfast is provided via vouchers for a cafĂ© about 18 minutes away on foot. The cafĂ© is charming, but the walk was a bit long in the morning, and the staff didn’t speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult. A small note: there was no waste bin in the room for everyday trash, which would have been helpful. Still, the positives clearly outweigh the few minor issues. If you’re looking for a cozy, authentic place with personal hospitality and real local flair, this B&B is a wonderful choice.

BnB bien placĂ© mais voiture indispensable. Logement propre et fonctionnel Terrasse avec vue sur la mer, 1 grand lit et 1 lit une place dans la chambre que nous occupions frigo. L’hĂŽte, Francesco, s’est montrĂ© trĂšs disponible et aidant. Le seul bĂ©mol : Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait trop limitĂ© en terme de choix (que du sucrĂ© et produits industriels) plus de fruits et des oeufs ou autres produits du genre auraient Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©s.

Schönes B&B mit Potenzial

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und saubere, geschmackvolle Unterkunft in der Altstadt mit herrlicher Aussicht; auch ein Sonnenschirm fĂŒr den Strand stand zur VerfĂŒgung. Das Zimmer war aber sehr klein und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck wurde wider Erwarten nicht in der Unterkunft angeboten. Um das FrĂŒhstĂŒck einzunehmen, mĂŒssen die GĂ€ste den steilen Hang ĂŒber viele Treppen hinabgehen, um in einer Bar ein italienisches FrĂŒhstĂŒck, also einen Kaffee und ein Croissant, einnehmen zu können. Weiteres Manko: Streunende Katzen in der Altstadt, die ihren Dreck hinterlassen.

Struttura immersa nel centro storico di Posada. Devo ammette Che il Signor Francesco Ăš una delle persone piu gentili ed accoglienti che abbia mai incontrato. Pulizia ottima. Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli. Il servizio Ăš stato impeccabile e su misura ad ogni richiesta necessaria. Ci hanno dato anche un sacco di consigli su dove e come girare nei giorni di vacanza , da posti turistici a posti di soli local. Esperienza fantastica.
