This hotel was once really nice. The years have passed and maintenance has lacked. There was mold in the shower, parts of the hotel were in disrepair. The bathroom floor towel had a hole in it. The room was clean but the cabinets were not maintained. It looks like it once might have had a fridge and a safe in the room but they were removed and the holes were not patched. The room does have a balcony leading outside with chairs and a table. The lobby is huge and not air conditioned so it's quite warm and humid with a slight smell of musk. The pools looked okay, we didn't get a chance to try it since it was raining. The location is close to the airport but it is an incline to go there by foot. Breakfast is a pass. Coffee was good. Toast ok. Skip the OJ. Baked goods are hit or miss. Chipa were disappointing.

Eu nunca vi um quarto tão sujo na minha vida. Teia de aranha nos armários, sujeira no quarto. Café da manhã simples. O que é de bom são os funcionários, extremamente agradáveis, mas a sujeira dos quartos e na frente é terrível.

No era lo que esperaba para el precio, la habitación era muy pequeña y todo viejo, la cama en muy mal estado, estaba rota en varios lugares, el colchón era viejísimo, las sábanas y colchas todas manchadas, la cortina estaba toda rota, el desayuno era muy malo, pan, facturas, budines muy viejos, había 3 silletas en la pileta todas rota, un hotel muy dejado, no lo recomiendo

Nas fotos é uma coisa mas quando chegamos lá o mato era alto, cadeiras na piscina furadas e quebradas, piscina mal cuidada e suja, café bem simples com poucas opções. No quarto não tem frigobar, compramos vinhos fora do hotel, não tinha aonde resfriar e não podia consumir em outros lugares do hotel.

Fui muito bem atendida, tive um problema pessoal com ingresso no país, e o hotel prontamente atendeu ao meu pedido de alteração. Ficamos no quarto 310. Ele era bem equipado e confortável, espaçoso e com uma vista do alvorecer incrível, a única observação que faço é quanto a qualidade do colchão, que acredito pelo uso estava com desgaste e um pouco desconfortável,considerando que gosto de colchões firmes. No mais eu super recomendo. E fui muito bem atendida, e quero dar um destaque ao colaborador Facondo, que foi atencioso, gentil e prestativo

Hotel já fora da sua época áurea, sem facilidades de spa e com manutenções em falta, porém de ótima arquitetura e ambientes espaçosos e agradáveis, excelente espaço de piscina e uma das melhores camas de hotel que já conheci. Ambiente limpo, pessoal cortês e efetivo, o cardápio do restaurante é correto mas poderia ser mais diversificado.

O hotel oferece um boa qualidade de conforto e limpeza. O café da manhã é bem diferente dos hotéis que costumamos ficar no Brasil, poucas opções de frutas e sem opções de misturas, porém o pessoal do restaurante é muito solícito e educados, sempre que chamado se prontificavam a atender. Equipe da recepção também muito atenciosa. Pontos a melhorar: qualidade do sinal do wi-fi, a piscina não disponibilizava guarda sóis.

Nós decepcionamos! A porta do quarto toda vez tinha que chamar alguém para abrir pois a chave não funcionava! O frigobar não funcionava! Pedimos várias vezes para eles resolverem,pois era muito calor e não gelava às água! Mas não foi resolvido! 😕 Os valores absurdos uma água R$ 15,00! O café muito ruim! Café com gosto de rancento(velho)! Sem falar que no dia 01/01/2025 as 7:30 da manhã estavam cortando grama ao redores dos quartos, não dava para dormir!

A ideia é sensacional! Estrutura gigantesca e ótimo atendimento. Possivelmente ja fez muito sucesso...mas as instalações infelizmente estão bem depreciadas necessitando de manutenções urgentes.
