A flight of 54 stairs leads from the street level to the villa entrance on the middle floor, which is home to the first bedroom.



The other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floor, while the lower floor comprises a living room with L-shaped sofa, writing desk and satellite TV; a spacious kitchen with appliances and a table for ten; bedrooms; bathrooms; a utility room and a 30m² terrace with tables and chairs.



The exterior of the property is also very special, with private sea-view terraces, a garden (150m²) with furnished terrace (100m²) and a heated swimming pool (4 x 8m) with a cover and surrounded by sunbeds. And from wherever you look, endless sea views.
