Lärmiges Hotel!

Sieht auf den Bilden und auch vor Ort prima aus. Und die Lage ist auch super - in Positano sind ja alle Hotels super gelegen, geht nicht anders. Dennoch war alles unerwartet enttäuschend: Teure Juniorsuite im untersten Stockwerk, kaum nutzbare Terrasse mit einem durch das Nachbarhaus stark eingeschränkten Ausblick aufs Meer. Damit auch dunkles Zimmer mit Höhlencharakter. Schlimmer aber: laut, laut, laut!!! Den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht vergehen kam mal 30 Sekunden ohne Lärm der ins Zimmer dringt. Der Grund: Marmorböden im ganzen Hotel und undichte Zimmertüren (siehe beigefügtes Bild). Irgendwie benutz neben den anderen Gästern ständig Putz-, Küchen oder Servicepersonal den Flur der untersten Etage. Keine Ruhe, auch nachts an Schlaf nicht zu denken! Das Personal reagiert freundlich auf die Reklamationen, aber hilft nicht weiter. Man reist gerne wieder ab - und nie wieder zurück! Sonst noch: 5 Sterne wegen des Pools. Der ist aber sehr klein. Alles eng und mit nur wenigen Hotelgästen bereits völlig überfüllt, kein Ort zum geniessen. Und sonst gibt es keine Möglichkeit einfach mal im Hotelbereich draussen zu sitzen. Kein Garten, keine Terasse.
