Villa Terrazza has been completely renovated in the year 2018 and located on the top floor of a 4 stories building, at only 3 kilometres from the center of Positano. Residing along the panoramic road leading from Sorrento to Ravello, this apartment lies in a stunning, secluded area of the Amalfi Coast, Laurito district of Positano!

The name is derived from its beautiful veranda overlooking the island of Li Galli and the town of Positano, completely immersed in vast pine trees, stretching out over natural terraces overlooking the sea. This apartment is 180 square meters in size and can accommodate six people comfortably, with the option of sleeping additional 2 young children living room double divan bed (additional costs apply, please ask and reserve those upfront, if price is agreed).

From the entryway you get access to the large, private terrace. Covered by a canopy, the terrace is a perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco. The unit is composed of a vast living room with an open space kitchen, three huge bedrooms and three full bathrooms with power showers all attentively recently remodeled by the owners. You can access the rest of the villa\'s rooms through the living room. This house is equipped with all the modern conveniences one would expect. Just to mention some: TV stereo, washing-machine, dish washer, microwave Wi-Fi Air-conditioning throughout, wine cellar for your wine, a huge modern fridge and refrigerator a contemporary electric oven.

Villa Terrazza has a picturesque stairway that leads down to the sea secluded access; yet the path contains around 500 steps, which may be difficult to navigate for some. The long stairway leads to a private spot where you can dive into the crystal-clear Mediterranean.

The nearest beaches are in Laurito (nearby), Praiano (2 km. away), and Positano (3 km. away). Everyday shopping can be done in Praiano\'s town center, which is only 1 km. from the apartment, or simply call and have it delivered. The Terrazza apartment is 12 km. from Amalfi, 15 km. from Sorrento, 18 km. from Ravello and 60 km. from Naples, where the nearest airport is located. Parking is available in private lots for up to two cars.

Breathtaking view of the Mediterranean!

This was the perfect place for our friends and family to gather! The properity is well appointed and cared for by the family that owns it! Salvatore was a helpful host in every way! I can't say enough about how amazing the views were, we can't get over how beautiful everything was! The interior design and finishes are lovely and high end! Felt like a 5 star hotel! The crown jewel of the property is the ocean front access! Sitting sea side and swimming in the Mediterranean was an unbelieveable experience offered by this property! Thank you so very much for sharing your family's property with all of us!

fantastic Easter in Positano

My family of 5 came to celebrate Easter week in positano, and we were not disappointed! The property was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and there was great air conditioning. We also had a car, so having the parking spot was so helpful! The outside terrace was beautiful, as was the view from every bedroom on the property. I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone looking to have a fantastic trip to positano in a place that feels welcoming and homey.

Perfect

We just left the property, It was just as listed. Beautiful, just as in the pictures, great quiet location. Our group especially enjoyed the small private ocean access despite the 600+ steps. The kitchen was supplied with all appliances we needed. My only suggestion would be, for the owner to provide a change of towels and linens half way through our stay. We greatly look forward to returning, it was a slice of heaven!

Our week on the Amalfi Coast

The property was exactly as shown in the photographs. The kitchen was well appointed; bedrooms very nice, light and airy with gorgeous views; wonderful place to dine. There were several places to sit outside -- in sun and in shade. The property was immaculate and the air conditioning worked very well (not true in all properties we've rented). It was a little farther from town or shops (groceries, etc. -- there was one good restaurant within walking distance) than we had anticipated and transportation was challenging on what must have been the busiest week of the year, but that would not hold me back from picking this beautiful property again. I would recommend NOT having a car and instead using local taxis or busses to get around.

Relaxing and Awe-Inspiring Views

Terrazza worked well for our party of 6 people/3 couples--one bedroom and one bathroom for each couple. The views of the sea and Positano are beautiful and expansive from the patios and each bedroom. We enjoyed walking the 500 steps down to the sea. We were there in off-season, so the walkway needed some clean up. Domenico, our VRBO contact was always responsive. The owner also lives in another house on the property and he was friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and delis. Everyone in our party agreed that they would come back to this property again.
