Pleasant location, in a quiet area, 600 m from the seaside beach. Just a few steps to the center of the resort, there are numerous restaurants, cafes and stalls selling seaside souvenirs.
A large, comfortable holiday home with a sauna located on a fenced, well-kept property. There is a private parking lot for 3 cars next to the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also a winter garden (veranda) - a glazed, heated room with a large table and chairs. On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including one with a bathtub). There is another bedroom on the second floor. There is a TV in each bedroom. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor are equipped with air conditioning with cooling and heating functions. Some rooms have underfloor heating. In addition, the house is heated by a fireplace in the colder months. There are 2 terraces, including 1 covered one. There is a set of garden furniture, deckchairs and a grill. Wireless internet is available. There is a private sauna in the house.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption, firewood, internet, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Attractions in the area: The beach in Jarosławiec is ideal for tourists who like to sunbathe in uncrowded places. On the beach you can see colorful fishing boats and find golden amber. After the recent renovation, the beach is very wide and beautiful. In Jarosławiec there is the largest cliff on the central coast - its length is about 2 km and the height is up to 24 m. There are many viewpoints along the cliff coast from which you can admire the beautiful beach and the clean Baltic Sea. One of the biggest attractions of Jarosławiec is the local Tropicana water park (approx. 600 m from the resort), offering indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, saunas, as well as full Wellness and SPA facilities.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
