The space includes a welcoming living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen-diner perfect for home cooking, and a private bathroom. A comfortable sofa bed also provides space for extra guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends. Outside, enjoy your own courtyard seating area, perfect for a morning coffee, al fresco dinner, or relaxing summer evenings under the lemon tree with a glass of wine.

Guests enjoy self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival experience. Once you book, you’ll receive a link to your own guest portal where you’ll complete verification. Your check-in details will be unlocked once verification is complete, with your access code released a few hours before arrival to ensure a seamless and secure check-in process.

Located in the heart of Potamiou, the neighbourhood offers a peaceful escape surrounded by mountain scenery, vineyards, and traditional village life. Potamiou is one of the well-known wine villages of the Limassol region, loved for its authentic character, stone-built homes, and beautiful natural surroundings.



The village is ideally located just a 8-minute drive from Omodos, as well as nearby Malia and other charming mountain villages, making it perfect for scenic drives, winery visits, hiking, and discovering local tavernas. Known for its wine production and traditional Cypriot treats like soutzoukos and zivania, Potamiou offers guests a true taste of rural Cyprus and a slower, more relaxed pace of life.



The area is also rich in history and culture. One of the village’s most important landmarks is the ancient chapel of Agios Mnasonas, dating back to around 300 A.D., along with its historic catacombs and holy relics. Guests can also visit the beautiful Venetian bridge on the southern side of the village, once connecting Potamiou with the historic villages of Vouni and Koilani, and explore nearby nature trails surrounded by vineyards and mountain landscapes.

Getting around is easiest by car, allowing you to fully explore the beautiful Limassol wine villages, scenic mountain roads, local wineries, hiking trails, and nearby traditional tavernas at your own pace. Potamiou is ideally located just a short drive from popular villages including Omodos, Vouni, Koilani, and Malia, making it the perfect base for discovering the area.

Public bus routes are available, although they are limited, so we highly recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area and explore nearby villages and attractions with ease.
