Room felt neglected. Actually- whole building did. Poorly maintained. Asked for towels ( was there for 3 nights) never saw anyone- had to bring dirty towels down to front desk to be exchanged. No water in the lobby or fitness center. Breakfast was rubbery cool/cold eggs. People at front desk did not really seem to care. Overall, not a nice experience.

The staff were fantastic. The property is dated. Towels were very thin. Beds were comfortable. Food variety at breakfast was extensive but quality was fairly standard for hotel breakfasts: lots of bread choices, yogurt, and fresh waffles but not a lot of fresh options. Everything at this hotel that we could use was covered in plastic—even the plastic cups were individually wrapped. I felt so wasteful just having a cup of water to take a pill with breakfast. Overall a nice enough place to stay, especially for families.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn/Brewster for business, once a week, over a three months' span. The hotel is clean and very quiet. (The latter was much appreciated.) The evening manager, Harsh, was helpful, accommodating and always welcoming. (Also, much appreciated.)
