Stayed here after a horrible experience at a Ramada/Wyndam in Newburgh and the experience was night and day! Immediately upon arrival was greeted by a friendly front staff who was very accommodating. Lobby was clean and inviting with a bar/grill available. Room was also clean, smelled nice and everything worked with a nice view of river stream and ducks. Was quiet and the night lady at the desk named Sophia was also very lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend and me and my family of 4 felt safe. Also great location with plenty around that route 9 to find and do.

We booked this room for the NY Sheep & Wool Festival and it was perfect! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed to make it an absolutely perfect weekend! Our room was clean, super comfortable, and so convient to everything!

This hotel is a bit dated; fresh brighter paint and new hall carpet is needed. While I reserved on short notice, price was over double for this typical $150 room. There is a Holiday Inn Express a mile away and looked newer; and there are many other hotels on this 3mi strip near Marist College…I would try thise before ever coming back here. The AC was a bit noisy but effective. The room had noticeable wear and tear but was comfortable. Hotel sits on a divided highway; going North was easy, going South less so. No pool. I visited during a rainy cold weekend and did not use the patio. Fire alarm went off 3:39am on first night. Bar was reasonably well stocked but pricey.

Horrible experience. Never again. Not even a helpful partial refund after checking out early and leaving at 3am when the fire alarm went off and we were told to evacuate but ended up being a kid. Walls are super thin - heard everything next door. They were nice but no idea how to deal with customers. SO EXPENSIVE - over $400 a night. Bathroom was dirty and my closet was broken and would not open. NEVER AGAIN.
