This place was a welfare dump. The hallway smelled of marijuana and the long term residences didn’t stop during our 3 night stay. We told the hotel staff 3 times they seemed responsive but the smell continued. They also didn’t vacuum the hallway daily and the carpet was not pulled tight. Several people were smoking very near the exit doorways- we felt unsafe most of the time there- don’t stay here!! No credit or compensation was offered, I cannot say enough stay away! The air conditioning was poor but there was ample hot water
Crumbs on the floor for days and pulled carpet, the place is a dump for 125$ a night

I did not like that there wasn't an elevator. At check in they said the only room available was on the second floor, was that ok? And then they explained that the hotel did not have an elevator. I had booked 6 weeks ahead. What if I was mobile impaired?

We arrived tired and exhausted (11pm check in) room was clean, hotel was well kept up nicely. Front desk got us checked in quickly, and am very thankful for that.

Deceptive! Website shows rooms that must be from another location. Website states there is an elevator. There is no elevator! We are two seniors had to lug our belongings up two flights of stairs! Requested 1st floor but was told there was none available. Hotel needs much renovations. Terrible stay!

We were a bit disappointed because we thought the pictures of the hotel shown on hotels.com misrepresented it for the better. The breakfast area was much smaller, cramped and darker than the online picture showed. That was true for the room we were in as well. We chose it because it was close to the national parks, but they weren't open.
