On the borders of Berry and Creuse, in the heart of the Vallée Noire, the land of the writer George Sand, near La Châtre and Aigurande, in the countryside and secluded at the end of a driveway, this cottage is ideal for numerous hikes and quiet, relaxing activities.
It is surrounded by meadows and woods, and features a stream in the lower ground behind the house. Children will be safe here as the nearest roads are far away.
Highlights: 5 km away, there's a water sports center (open from late April to late October) with a ski lift and many other activities such as swimming, a BMX track, disc golf, and pétanque, as well as an 18-hole golf course and a spa center. This renovated Berry farmhouse is perfect for relaxing with family or friends, with a large private garden.
On the ground floor: large living room (stove), equipped kitchen, pantry/laundry room, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet with a washbasin, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
