Pior hotel que já me hospedei

Fiquei bem decepcionado com o hotel , pois acreditei nas avaliações que vi na internet. Chegando lá o recepcionista Daniel que estava no turno da noite foi antipático comigo e minha família, além disso fiz uma pergunta sobre o estacionamento e ele foi extremamente grosseiro e sarcástico . O recepcionista nos alocou em um quarto que parecia que fazia tempos que não era limpo ,era velho e extremamente empoeirado , móveis e chão sujos, abajur rasgado, roupa de cama manchadas e muito velhas, não dormimos a noite pois o colchão era extremamente velho e você afundava nele, o banheiro estava engordurado, recipientes de shampoo e sabonete vazios e quebrados e o chuveiro tinha uma ducha horrível. Não esperem muito do café da manhã. Minha experiência nesse hotel foi horrível.

Hotel muito bom, não me decepcionou em nada. Ótimo e farto café da manhã (ponto extremamento positivo para o horário do mesmo, que vai das 6h às 10h). Cama muito confortável, chuveiro ótimo, ar bom. Só a TV que estava com problema na maioria dos canais. Sabonete líquido muito cheiroso!! Localização central ótima.

A propriedade é bem localizada e bem conservada. O problema é o estacionamento. Chegamos com chuva. Tem que estacionar na rua e descer na chuva. Eu e minha esposa somos idosos, descemos molhados, fizemos check-in e tive que levar o carro no estacionamento onde nao havia ninguém. Voltei na Chuva, todo molhado.
