Bonjour, Voici mon avis objectif sur votre logement que j’ai occupé du 15 au 18 Août. Quand nous nous sommes présentés devant la porte le code ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu vous appelez, 1er mauvais point. Ensuite, l’insonorisation des chambres, vous entendez le voisin de chambre ronfler, se moucher et le reste. Vous avec l’impression qu’il est dans votre chambre, 2eme mauvais point. Quand la porte de la chambre se ferme cela génère un bruit important qui réveil tout le monde ainsi que ceux des autres chambres, 3 eme mauvais point. Je vous ai fait part que nous serions 2 et vous m’avez facturé la taxe de séjour pour la 2eme personne mais vous ne m’avez juste pas dit que la chambre comportait 2 lits une place dont l’autre est en haut dans la mezzanine, 3 eme mauvais point. Comme vous le savez , j’avais une semaine avant ces dates demandé l’annulation et le remboursement que vous avez refusé alors que vous n’auriez eu aucune difficulté à louer sur cette période, 4 eme mauvais. j'avoue ne pas comprendre cette rigidité il y a une petite place à côté qui génère beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit, 4eme mauvais point. 5eme, le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas au RDV. Il y a bien mieux dans ce quartier et à la POVOA pour un prix inférieur.
