Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of local hiking and lake fishing. 30 mins or less will get you to the beach, Sea World, Zoo, Safari Park, downtown and the San Diego Convention Center. Great resort-like backyard but...CAUTION: POOL IS NOT INTERNALLY FENCED. No cable but antennas, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Master bedroom and three average rooms upstairs. 500 sq/ft 'play room' with a couch and single bed downstairs... along with a other very comfortable couches in other areas.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Old Poway Park. Features include an outdoor pool, a gym, and a water park. The vacation home offers a private pool and a kitchen.
