With a perfect location in downtown Powell River, you'll experience comfort within a fantastic space. The property has a private driveway which will accommodate 4 vehicles. We are proud to provide a Level 2 charger for your Electric Vehicle. You will get to enjoy the entire upper floor in a two story home which boasts a beautifully decorated and comfortable atmosphere. There are 12 steps up to the living space which is well lit and has hand railing. We do not have an elevator so guests must be able to do stairs. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood within 5 mins to the Vancouver Island Ferry Terminal and the airport. It is also smack dab in the middle of town so it makes all the amenities close by. Your space has a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals and entertain. It has 2 bedrooms, an office with a Murphy Bed, dining area, living room with a natural gas fireplace and a Gallery seating area which features original artwork from a wonderful local artist which one can purchase if they find the perfect piece. Comfort is the main theme in this home which is perfect for a family or couple's get away. It is rare that you won’t witness the most incredible sunsets you'll ever find! Sit out on the large covered sundeck with a BBQ, separate dining and lounge areas. This space has all you would need to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The backyard has a gas fire pit and seating area as well. The yard is dedicated to your privacy and comfort.

So cute, clean and all you would need in a home away from home! It was so comfortable and neat as a pin! Would definitely come again. Even aloud us a little bit later check out due to a late night wedding and a late ferry time. Super fast communication, and super friendly.

Clean, organized and wonderful views. Property owners were amazing and the house had absolutely everything you could need for a family. Loved that the deck was gated for kids and we had access to high chair and playpen. Can’t wait to come back.
