Outer Banks Family Fun Cottage!

Ready for your well-deserved vacation on the Outer Banks? Our cottage is located in the Kilmarlic Golf Club neighborhood and is less than 1 mile from the OBX newest attraction, H2OBX Water Park-your stay includes 2 complementary tickets to this center for family fun!! There is a courtyard putting green, & 4 hole short-course located steps from the cottage and a full service athletic club with pool, tennis, pickle ball & gym within walking distance! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
The Space
In addition to a gourmet kitchen and beautiful living/dining area, each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs (each bedroom has 2 full-sized beds). There is a loft located up a spiral staircase with 2 additional full-sized beds. The loft area is open to the downstairs living area. There is a gas grill on the back deck. Stacked washer and dryer downstairs.
Each rental includes 2 tickets to the Outer Banks newest attraction, H2OBX to be used any time during your stay! As a cottage guest you will also have full access to Westside Athletic Club including tennis, pickle ball, fitness and pool!
