The living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable double bed, while the other has a single bed. About 10 minutes will take a leisurely walk to Solacki Park - a beautiful green area with two ponds, ideal for walks and picnics. There is also a playground for children. The vicinity of the property is well connected to the main tourist attractions of Poznan, bus and streetcar stops allow easy access to other parts of the city. The road to the Poznań International Fair (MTP) is 2 km. In the neighborhood there is a cinema and many atmospheric pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as numerous stores.

The property does not have an assigned parking space, so guests can leave their cars in the paid parking zone on neighboring streets, as space allows.
