The fully-equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The 51 m² surface is divided a living room with a double bed, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has access to a balcony fitted with garden furniture, overlooking the estate and the street. The interior is stylishly decorated in a bright style, while comfortable furnishing and personalized details give it a welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood is perfectly suited to meet life's daily needs thank to proximity of stores: on the ground floor of the building there is Biedronka supermarket and Żabka grocery store. A shopping complex with restaurants, stores and a gym is located 300 meters away. An undeniable advantage of this location is the convenience of access to other districts of Poznań. The newly built streetcar connection from the "Serbska" stop and bus stops right next to the housing estate allow for quick access to the city center. Additionally, the car drive to the Old Market Square takes about 10 minutes, and the area is very bike-friendly with multiple city bike rental stations.
