The lovely rustic villa is the perfect location to spend your holidays, in a home far from home. The two-storey house features a rustic decoration and, at the same time, it offers the equipment to provide you with a relaxing stay. The ground floor welcomes a cosy dining-living room, featuring a fireplace, comfortable armchairs and a sofa, that shares space with a lovely open kitchen. A bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed are also available downstairs.

The sloping-ceiling first floor features the other three bedrooms of the villa, characterised by a wooden ceiling that conveys the most rural atmosphere. Two of them are furnished with a double bed each, and the last bedroom welcomes three single beds. Another bathroom with a shower is available on this floor, too.

Fans can be provided in the bedrooms, whereas a portable air conditioner is located in the living room. Lastly, the house relies on radiators.

A spacious gravelled patio connects the house with the lovely pool area, before getting to which you will find a covered dining area. The swimming pool is as fabulous as you can imagine: you can dive into its refreshing waters when the temperatures rise, sunbathe on the poolside sun loungers and fall in love with the splendid panorama.

The access to the house, which also relies on a spacious private parking space, is possible via a 40-mt unpaved lane.
