A very spacious and comfortable three-room flat, situated on the first floor of a small block of flats, with a separate external entrance, in a quiet, convenient and well-connected area, just a short walk from the beach and the town centre. The flat is cosy and comfortable, ideal for couples and families with children. It can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises:

• 1 double bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning
• 1 single bedroom with fan and electric heater
• Spacious living room with two sofas and a Smart TV connected to the WiFi network; an extra bed is provided only for bookings of 4 guests
• Kitchen-diner, with hot/cold air conditioning
• Fully equipped bathroom with bath
• 2 balconies

Facilities and Amenities:

The accommodation was refurbished in 2025 and has everything you need for a hassle-free stay: a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and freezer; a washing machine; and unlimited WiFi throughout. Bed linen and towels are always provided. The spaces are adorned with paintings showcasing a collection of original artwork dedicated to the most iconic architecture of the cities in the Val di Noto, an artistic project curated by Paolo, the host (click here to find out). The apartment complies with all current safety regulations (fire extinguisher, gas and carbon monoxide detectors).

Hospitality:

On arrival, you’ll find a Welcome Kit designed to make you feel right at home and save you a trip to the supermarket: fresh water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and coffee. In addition, Paolo is delighted to present you with a small gift of local specialities (which varies depending on the season and length of your stay) and, thanks to his hospitality scheme, you’ll be able to enjoy exclusive discounts on breakfasts, meals and other experiences at selected venues in Pozzallo and the surrounding villages. On request, Paolo will also be happy to offer you a lift by car from your arrival station to the apartment.

Location:

The neighbourhood offers all the amenities you might need: a supermarket, cafés, a pharmacy, a newsagent, a tobacconist, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The beach and the town centre are just a few minutes’ walk away. The property is also a short walk from the railway station and the intercity bus stop, making it ideal for those travelling without a car.

Pets:

Your four-legged friends are welcome (up to a maximum of 3). You must declare their presence at the time of booking, as there is a small supplement for their stay. For hygiene reasons, the only restriction is that they are not allowed on beds or sofas; if your pet has this habit, please bring protective sheets with you.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
