The apartment, for exclusive use and newly built, is located on the second floor with a private entrance. Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a separate kitchen, a living room for dining, and a lounge for relaxing, 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin with queen-size beds), and 2 bathrooms with showers. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, an LED TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, and a welcome kit for personal hygiene. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
