This country house lies in the northern part of Cadiz province, a few kilometres far from the Sierra de Grazalema. As it’s surrounded by lush vegetation and quietness, you won’t have any problem to unwind and enjoy your well-deserved holidays here.
The holiday rental is ideal for 18 people, who will benefit from the main house and the independent apartment to relax in the best way possible.
The main house is provided with three bedrooms, ideal for enjoying relaxing nights of sleep. Two bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and one single bed each, whereas the third bedroom relies on one double bed. There’s a bathroom with shower at the guests’ disposal inside the house. The luminous double-height living area is characterised by a rustic decoration, which is typical of the area you’ll be spending your holidays. The dining-living room shares space with an open kitchen, from which it’s separated thanks to a picturesque brick bar: an ideal spot to have a quick coffee before enjoying the hideouts of the outdoor area.
The independent apartment features three more bedrooms (two with a double bed and one single bed each, and the third one provided with two double beds), and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious patio and a cosy covered porch, where you can have breakfast as you let the sun rays warm you up. The private pool’s fence can be secured with a lock, which is ideal to let your kids play on the patio without getting close to the pool. There's an outdoor bathroom with shower. As the villa is located on a hilltop, the views that you will enjoy from the pool area are stunning. Soak up the rustic atmosphere that characterises countryside of the province of Cadiz: relaxation will overwhelm you in a matter of minutes.
The access to the house is made possible by a 500 mt-long unpaved lane.
