The stay was perfect from start to finish. The staff was lovely, even allowing for early check-in as the room was ready. We adored the exquisite details of mixed materials in the building, classical structure with a modern twist, and the views on both levels!! The hotel is the middle of everything yet still quiet and having the Christmas Bazaars right outside our door was magical. A 7 minute walk to the Old City and everything in-between was delightful. Stay here for the magic!

Amazing location and place. Sooo roomy and beautiful. Fully stocked with everuthing you need. Very comfy bed. There was 4 of us staying and upon entry they had the sofabed made for bedtime which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing to note is that parking can be tricky in downtown prague and you need to walk a little bit with luggage to get to the place but this was our favourite hotel so far on our eurotrip wish we could stay longer. You feel right at home.

It is centrally located for easy travel to sights to see in prague. Close to old town and trains. Lidl grocery is down the street. 3 casinos within walking distance. Location is perfect. Master bathroom is huge and shower is amazing. Has heated towel rack and heated toilet seat with bidet. Only issue is with elevator access. If you take wrong one security will direct you to entrance C on other side of building. Elevators are tiny.

This property was absolutely fantastic. Very very large, the outside balcony overlooked Wenceslas square and was absolutely perfect. The bathroom has a heated floor and a electronic smart toilet. Everything about this place is top notch. Access at night time is only through one of the entrances which was a little scary. You close those windows and you can't hear anything from the crowds outside. Absolutely perfect place to stay in Prague. Everything is within a 25-minute walk.

Amazing apartment, very conformtable and great location. The only thing we didn't like at all is that check-in was super late at 3:00 p.m. and we asked to check out later because it was too early at 10:00 a.m. and they told us no. Since we had a late return flight, we asked to be able to leave our suitcases somewhere and they only gave us the option of a paid locker.

Did not receive my code to enter my hotel until 30 min before I arrived due to “technical issues”. I waited in the airport for about three hours trying to get in contact with them but I couldn’t so I called Expedia and they helped me. First time to this city by myself and it was overwhelming from getting the code to actually finding the apartments.
