Genuinely very pleasantly surprised. For the price I thought the photos weren’t going to match reality, but it really was exactly as shown. So many convenient storage space, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was great, the bathroom was very nicely done. I’m really gutted that it isn’t a more widespread chain because I would stay over and over again on my travels.

Good location, walking distance to most of the major sightseeing points. also very close to metro stations and tram station. Easy and smooth contactless check in. Room was clean, lot of cabinet and closet for storage. Price is good ... very good for first time visit ... highly recommended

Lovely apartment, friendly staff who showed me where to go for dinner. Apartment had everything I needed and more, coffee machine, dishwasher, tv with internet so I could watch streaming services. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

It is very Clean and easy to get in because of the steady but simple system. Very close to the underground station Museum. The Building itself is an art among old city-other buildings. On the opposite side of the road, there was a convenience store, which was very helpful.

This is newly remodeled and very nice, we only had 2 issues. One is the shower had ZERO curtains or anything to keep the water in so when we showered the ENTIRE bathroom flooded and would have flooded the apartment had a second person not been there to push the water back with their foot. The way we made this a little better was to use towels to block the water and shower on 1/2 the water flow. Secondly, a dog pooped right outside the elevator and the owner didn’t properly clean it up. I sent an email to the owner letting them know (as there is no front desk) and they never responded so each time we went into the elevator we wanted to throw up. Lastly, not a big issue, but our room was not what was shown in the photos. Much smaller, but still very nice.

Please avoid staying in this hotel. I first stayed in a room on the top floor with no window blinds, air conditioner is also not working, the controller in the room did not change the room temperature whatsoever. The sun was up at shining right into the room since 4am and it is impossible to sleep, basically in a sauna. I requested for a room change and I was given one, I have told the staff that I will only be able to switch my room when I return from my day trip, they however disabled my access to the old room where all my luggages are when I was back, the hotline went straight to voicemail, tried messaging and email but never got a reply. I ended up without my necessities for the entire night. The hotel’s staff only got back to me the next day at 3pm, without even trying to address the issue. The cleanliness of the new room was also poor with loads of hair around the sink. All in all it was a terrible experience.

Nice newly finished apartment, Check in/out was easy. The "luggage storage" is a open corner of the staff room, I wouldn't recommend leaving valuables here as there is no ticket system. We found an open packet of sausages, butter and cheese in our fridge so that was not a nice surprise. The cleaner did well in the rest of the room but obviously missed the fridge. We had a room with a balcony, this was nice to enjoy with the sun but do not reserve this if you're a light sleeper, its a very busy main road and there were sirens and horns every hour through out our stay. A room located at the back of the property may be better

The Hotel is very close to the I P Pavlova metro and tran, making this a very easy access to all tourist attractions. The hotel it is very modern , comfy and clean, I give 10/10 . Thanks!

A/C does not work or the fan. Informed the management and they could not fix. Room is hot can not open window noisy neighbor till two am every night. Could not have a descent sleep. Management had resolution other be patient. I will never use the facility again.

Booked a 2 night stay and wanted to add a date to the front of it. Was impossible so I had to make a separate booking but then I got kicked out as checkout was 11 am and I would be locked out of the hotel before my check in time of 3pm. Try customer service and was not getting any replies. Great place otherwise. Really liked the rooms and great place to stay if you are an introvert. No contact with anyone.
