Cons: check-in was terrible. As you will not be able to access room until exactly at 3 PM. They do not have any kind of lobby/ waiting area to store luggage or use the restroom after long travel. There is no signage anywhere. After waiting one hour and calling the property several times and sending lots of WhatsApp messages, I realized that there was an office near the entrance. There were two people just sitting there on their phones. (Despite the fact that I had called reception approximately 6x). I was able to leave my small bag and come back later to check in after 3 PM. Additionally, because these are apartment hotels there are people doing longer term stays so I noticed it was a bit loud some nights. Also, there is no daily cleaning. elevator takes ages to come. Pros: the hotel is clean. The location is good. about a four minute walk to the tram that takes you into the main part of the city where all the attractions are. It is only about 11 minute walk to the main train station. Wonderful window shades that make the room really dark. And a kitchen that’s fully equipped not that I used it. Also nice restroom with hot water and great water pressure. I think overall it’s a decent day. Just beware of their strict check-in policy and the fact that they don’t really have employees on site or offer room cleaning. The property, the room, and the location themselves are all fine. It is just the procedural things that could use some fixing.

Ok for super short stay

This is a new apartment so the amenities were great and the furniture are new although the room we got is not exactly how it was pictured. Great location and easy to get around. However we didn’t have a good experience because: - there’s an eggy smell from the time we checked in until we checked out. We reported this multiple times but it was ignored - the room is SO warm and the AC didn’t function properly. It’s only early spring and already so warm inside, I cannot imagine how it would be like during summer. We adjusted the temperature but didn’t work, and I had trouble sleeping everyday. We reported this as well but they never take any action it was super frustrating - the hot water didn’t work on one of the morning we’re staying - it was near a busy street so it was loud with car honking all night long and construction happening nearby. It’s more bearable if we close the window, but then it will then be too warm inside sigh Because there’s no in-person reception, it was difficult to reach them through the app, and they are only attending the messages HOURS after you messaged. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience as advertised
