Summary:
The apartment is located within walking distance from the historical center of the city and a minute's walk from the yellow line of the Krizhikov metro. One metro station is Florence International Bus Station. IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Please be advised that due to legal regulations we are required to register you with the foreign police and collect city tax upon your arrival. The city tax is CZK 50 per person per day. Children under 18 and people from Prague do not pay this fee.
If you need a crib, please let us know in advance. The cost is 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.
We can accommodate your pets for an additional fee of 10€ EUR or 250 CZK per day.

The Space:
The apartment has everything for you: a bedroom with double beds (160x200 cm, 63" x 78"), a large wardrobe with drawers, hangers, shelves and baskets, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. There is a washing machine, iron, hair dryer at guests' disposal. There is an equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sofa. In the photos you can see everything that the apartment is in the condition that you can expect upon arrival

Guest Access:
The entire apartment will be at your disposal so that you can feel private.

Other Things to Note:
We remind you that check-in is from 15.00, and check-out is until 10.00. Additional cleaning is available for an additional fee. Please note car parking at the apartment is chargeable. The cost is 15 € per day. When the reservation is made, we need to know the first name, last name, year of birth and country of arrival of all guests. We are open to any kind of cooperation. This includes cooperation based on barter, subletting of your apartments (if you are the owner) and other types of advertising. 50 kW EV charging station available right across the street.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
