Magical Space!! Def going back

I will definitely stay here again. We didn’t wanna leave, but we had a train leaving first thing in the morning… it was the kind of place you would love to sleep in at. Perfect location for exploring the town. We had a loft style apartment vibe in our room! Loved it.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Easy check in, everything was clean and nice. Close to restaurants and public transportation to get to and from airport. It’s literally in the heart of Prague within easy reach of all the historic sights. I’m planning another trip to Czechia soon and will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay at the Mottl House. Location was great, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint would be that the wifi did not work very well at all.

Prague was Lovely

This hotel room was amazing. It was very clean and inviting. There were toiletries provided and the towels were fresh and clean. The room was spacious and the decor was elegant. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The one problem we had was no internet service. The location was in the heart of the old city of Prague. It was convenient and close to transportation.

AC not working properly

I’m really disappointed with my experience. We stayed two nights in mid-June with outside temperatures over 30°C (86°F), and the air conditioning in our unit was not working properly. Despite calling the front desk three times and sending an email, no one came to check or fix the issue. We had to sleep in a room at 28°C (82°F), which made it extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for the price we paid. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. I contacted them afterward, expecting at least a sincere gesture or partial refund, but they simply said the AC was “working” and offered no compensation whatsoever. Their response felt dismissive, and it clearly ignored the actual discomfort we endured. This kind of service is not what I would expect from a professional hospitality business. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

Absolutely stunning. Building is elegant and well cared for. Room was huge and better than the photos. Temperature control with AC units and heated floor(!) in bathroom made the stay feel luxurious. Shower well designed. Top floor (4th) gets lots of natural light and minimal to no street noise, despite being conveniently in the middle of everything. Starbucks right across the plaza for the caffeine addicts. ;) Would recommend and stay again!
